Tal rasha 5/5 for extra 25% is not in game.

I am on a sorc using complete tal rasha 5/5, I only get 40% mf boost, not the extra 25% from 5/5, wiki show +40 mf at 3/5 , extra 25 at 5/5, in game tal's 5/5 give 40 total bonus. not 65.
