Season 3 Patch 7 (2021-08-24)

• Fixed bug from last patch causing minions to not get any pvp penalty
• Fixed clay golem slow still applying in pvp
• Removed slow from decrepify in pvp
• Bone spear/spirit pvp penalty changed from 33.33% in Hell and 50% in Normal to 50% in Hell and 80% in Normal
• Desecrate pvp penalty changed from 50% to 25%
• Smite pvp penalty changed from 80% to 70% in Hell, no penalty in normal/nm
• Blessed hammer now has a pvp penalty of 80% in Hell, no penalty in normal/nm
• Thunder storm now has a pvp penalty of 33.33% in Hell, no penalty in normal/nm
• Charged bolt now has a pvp penalty of 50% in Hell, no penalty in normal/nm
