- Monsters have a chance to pierce and additional attack rating % mods can no longer spawn on dungeons and their stats have been increased
- Tier 1 increased from 10-20% to 30-50%
- Tier 2 increased from 20-30% to 50-70%
- Tier 3 increased from 30-40% to 70-90%
