Barbarian

  • Shout
    • moved in the skill tree
    • defense bonus reduced
    • duration is now 300 seconds (was 20 + 10 per level)
  • War Cry
    • moved in the skill tree, requires level 6 (was 30)
    • prerequisites reduced from 5 to 1 (no longer requires Taunt, Battle Cry, Shout, Battle Orders, Battle Command)
    • Now has scaling AOE
    • Stun removed, but procs FHR
    • damage starts lower but scales higher
    • mana cost reduced to 2 + 0.25 per level (was 10 + 1)
    • synergies for Howl & Battle Cry are now 18% (was 6%), synergy for Taunt is now 12% (was 6%)
    • now has Shout, Battle Orders, & Battle Command as additional synergies at 12%
  • Taunt
    • moved in the skill tree, requires level 18 (was 6)
    • prerequisites increased from 1 to 2 (now also requires War Cry)
  • Battle Orders
    • moved in the skill tree
    • now adds flat life/mana, with +15 life and +7.5 mana per level (was 35% + 3% life/mana/stamina per level)
    • no longer adds stamina
    • duration is now 300 seconds (was 30 + 10 per level)
  • Grim Ward
    • prerequisites increased from 2 to 3 (now also requires Howl, War Cry, Taunt, no longer requires Find Potion, Find Item)
    • No longer makes enemies flee
    • Grants party members flat attack rating (130 + 20 per level) and bonus damage (28% + 4% per level)
    • radius starts at 8 yards (was 2)
  • Battle Command
    • moved in the skill tree
    • grants 1 additional skill point every 10 base levels
    • Adds enhanced damage with 2% damage per level
    • duration is now 300 seconds (was 5 + 10 per level)
  • Battle Cry
    • moved in the skill tree, requires level 30 (was 18)
    • prerequisites increased from 2 to 5 (now also requires War Cry, Shout, Battle Orders, Battle Command)
    • Reduces enemy physical resistance instead of damage (can break immunities)
    • Reduces enemy defenses by a lower amount (starts at -15% instead of -50%)
  • General Mastery
    • Replaced Sword Mastery, Axe Mastery, & Mace Mastery
    • attack rating per level changed from 8% to 16%
  • Throwing Mastery
    • moved in the skill tree, requires level 1 (was 6)
    • Adds pierce
    • attack rating per level changed from 8% to 16%
  • Polearm and Spear Mastery
    • Replaced Polearm Mastery & Spear Mastery
    • attack rating per level changed from 8% to 16%
  • Combat Reflexes
    • Renamed from Increased Stamina
    • now grants max HP with hard points
    • now grants FHR with soft points
  • Iron Skin
    • Now adds PDR% with hard points
  • Bash
    • moved in the skill tree
    • 75% chance monster is put into FHR animation with knockback, otherwise no knockback
    • bonus attack rating increased to 35 + 20 per level (was 20 + 5)
    • damage bonus is now +10% per level (was +5%)
    • mana cost now scales per level
    • now also has Berserk as a synergy at 10%
  • Double Swing
    • prerequisites changed (now requires Frenzy instead of Bash)
    • bonus attack rating increased to 75% + 20% per level (was 15% + 5%)
    • mana cost increased to 4 + 0.5 per level (was 1 - 0.125 per level with a minimum of 0)
    • synergy changed from Bash to Frenzy
    • synergy is now 14% (was 10%)
  • Frenzy
    • moved in the skill tree, requires level 1 (was 24)
    • prerequisites reduced from 3 to 0 (no longer requires Bash, Double Swing, Double Throw)
    • Duration increased to 9 seconds + 1 per level (was just 6)
    • Movement speed reduced, gains 2% velocity per level until level 8, 1% per level after that
    • bonus attack rating changed to 20% + 18% per level (was 100% + 7%)
    • damage changed to 15% + 10% per level (was 90% + 9%)
    • synergy for Berserk removed
    • now has Stun as a synergy instead of Taunt
    • synergies are now 4% (was 8%)
  • Stun
    • moved in the skill tree, requires level 6 (was 12)
    • duration increased
  • Concentrate
    • moved in the skill tree, requires level 12 (was 18)
    • prerequisites reduced from 2 to 1 (no longer requires Bash or Stun, now requires Frenzy)
    • Conversion of physical damage to magic damage starts at 30% (was 0%) and now also gains +2% per hard point
    • Defense bonus is now 20% + 4% per level (was 100% + 10%)
    • bonus attack rating now starts at 180% (was 60%)
    • damage scaling increased to +6% per level (was +5%)
    • synergy for Berserk (bonus magic damage) changed to Bash
    • synergy for Battle Orders changed to Battle Command
    • damage synergies are now 6% (was 5%/10%)
  • Double Throw
    • prerequisites changed (now requires Frenzy instead of Bash)
    • Now bounces between targets - 3 bounces + 1 bounce per 3 levels up to 8 total bounces
    • Not affected by pierce
    • bonus attack rating increased to 175% + 15% per level (was 20% + 10%)
    • now also gains bonus damage 55% + 12% per level
    • mana cost now scales per level (was just 1)
  • Leap
    • moved in the skill tree, requires level 12 (was 6)
    • prerequisites increased from 0 to 2 (now requires Bash, Stun)
    • leap distance increased
    • Hard points increase the speed of the leap
    • knockback radius is now only increased with hard points up to 10 yards (was 2.66 + 0.66 per level)
  • Leap Attack
    • moved in the skill tree, requires level 24 (was 18)
    • prerequisites increased from 1 to 5 (now also requires Bash, Stun, Concentrate, Frenzy)
    • Hard points increase the speed of the leap
    • Now deals damage in an area instead of attacking a single target
    • damage bonus is now +10% per level (was 100% + 30% per level)
    • can now leech
    • no longer uses attack rating
    • mana cost now starts lower and scales per level (was just 9)
    • now has Bash as an additional synergy
    • synergies are now 6% (was 10%)
  • Berserk
    • moved in the skill tree, requires level 24 (was 30)
    • prerequisites reduced from 3 to 2 (no longer requires Bash or Stun, now requires Frenzy)
    • Reduces player's physical resistance instead of defense, duration is now always 0.5 seconds
    • bonus attack rating is now 240% + 12% per level (was 100% + 15%)
    • Now deals physical damage instead of magic damage, damage bonus is now +10% per level (was +15%)
    • Now also pierces physical resistance
    • synergies changed from Howl & Shout to Taunt & Combat Reflexes
    • synergies are now 8% (was 10%)
  • Whirlwind
    • moved in the skill tree
    • prerequisites reduced from 5 to 3 (no longer requires Bash, Stun, Leap, Leap Attack, now requires Frenzy, Berserk)
    • Movement speed increased by character's FRW speed
    • Now also scales velocity at 4% per level
    • bonus attack rating now starts at 240% (was 0%)
    • damage bonus increased to 50% + 6% per level (was -50% + 8%)
    • Will not apply splash damage from melee weapons
