2. Keep the description short if possible, but provide critical information
3. Filters should be ordered chronologically with recently updated filters at the top.
4. Use the international standard (YYYY-MM-DD) to help improve readability. No version info should be necessary beyond the date, but the same column can be used for extra version info should you need to update multiple times in a single day.
