Skill Changes

Amazon

  • Jab
    • attack rating buffed
    • damage buffed
    • starting mana cost reduced to 1.5 (was 2)
    • now has Fend as an 8% synergy
  • Poison Javelin
    • moved in the skill tree, requires level 1 (was 6)
    • Deals damage over 1 second instead of over 8 seconds
    • damage per second increased
    • Now has Javelin and Spear Mastery as an additional synergy
    • Synergies are now 25% (was 12%)
  • Javelin and Spear Mastery
    • replaced Impale, moved in the skill tree, requires level 6 (Impale was 12)
    • New skill that adds bonus damage and critical strike chance for javelins and spears
  • Power Strike
    • now also creates a lightning nova on attack
    • damage scaling reduced
    • removed Charged Strike & Lightning Fury synergies
    • synergies are now 20% (was 10%)

  • Plague Javelin
    • prerequisites increased from 2 to 4 (now also requires Jab, Power Strike)
    • attack rating bonus increased

    • synergy from Poison Javelin is now 14% (was 10%)
    • now has Javelin and Spear Mastery as an additional synergy at 7%
  • Lightning Strike
    • prerequisites reduced from 5 to 3 (no longer requires Poison Javelin, Lightning Bolt)
    • now begins with more hits and gains fewer additional hits per level
    • damage scaling increased
    • mana cost now begins lower and increases per level
    • removed Lighting Bolt & Lightning Fury synergies
    • synergies are now 14% (was 8%)
  • Lightning Fury
    • prerequisites increased from 3 to 5 (now also requires Jab, Power Strike)
    • releases 10 bolts instead of the amount scaling per level
    • damage scaling reduced
    • mana cost reduced
    • removed Charged Strike & Lightning Strike synergies
    • synergies are now 2% (was 1%)
  • Inner Sight
    • now also reduces enemy attack rating by 1% per level
    • radius begins at 6.6 yards and scales up to 18 yards (was always 13.3 yards)
  • Evade
    • moved in the skill tree, requires level 6 (was 24)
    • prerequisites reduced from 2 to 0 (no longer requires Dodge, Avoid)
    • reduced dodge chance
    • scaling FRW added
  • Slow Movement
    • renamed from Slow Missiles
    • now also slows enemy movement speed
    • slows ranged attacks to 75% and scales by 1% per level (was always 33%)
    • duration reduced to 5 seconds (was 6 + 6 per level)
  • Pierce
    • moved in the skill tree, requires level 12 (was 30)
    • prerequisites reduced from 2 to 1 (no longer requires Penetrate)
  • Dodge
    • merged with Avoid (works against missile attacks as well as melee attacks)
    • moved in the skill tree, requires level 18 (was 6)
    • prerequisites increased from 0 to 3 (now requires Inner Sight, Slow Movement, Evade)
    • reduced dodge chance
    • now also grants bonus FHR per hard point
    • removed animation
  • Decoy
    • moved in the skill tree, requires level 18 (was 24)
    • life bonus begins at 10% (was 55%) and gains 10% per level (was 5%)
  • Penetrate
    • moved in the skill tree, requires level 24 (was 18)
    • prerequisites increased from 1 to 2 (now also requires Pierce)
    • now also reduces enemy defense % (begins at 5% and scales by 1% per hard point)
  • Valkyrie
    • prerequisites reduced from 6 to 3 (no longer requires Dodge, Avoid, Evade)
    • can now summon an additional valkyrie at levels 20 and 30
    • Valkyries move faster and use Power strike
    • Valkyries can now be inspected
    • attack scaling reduced
    • now gains damage and defense per level
    • removed Dodge, Avoid, & Evade synergies
    • Decoy synergy now adds physical damage instead of life
    • now has Pierce as a synergy for 1% lightning damage per level
    • now has Power Strike as a synergy for 20% lightning damage & 10% nova damage
  • Magic Arrow
    • now shoots an additional arrow every 10 soft points
    • 50% weapon damage (was 100%)
    • now converts 50% damage to magic (was 1% per level)
    • deals flat magic damage
    • mana cost now increases per level instead of decreasing
    • now has Inner Sight, Slow Movement, & Guided Arrow as 15% synergies
  • Multiple Shot
    • Range reduced greatly
    • Starts at 3 arrows instead of 2
    • Used to deal 3/4 weapon damage
    • Now also adds flat damage
    • Now also adds bonus attack rating (50% + 20% per level)
    • Reduced mana cost (was 3 + slvl)
  • Fire Arrow
    • moved in the skill tree, requires level 6 (was 1)
    • prerequisites increased from 0 to 1 (now requires Magic Arrow)
    • Fires 2 arrows + 1 per 3 levels (was just 1)
    • Deals 1/2 weapon damage
    • Converts 50% physical damage to fire damage (was 3% + 2% per level)
    • Flat fire damage buffed
    • attack rating scaling changed to +10% per level (was +9%)
    • Mana cost reduced slightly
    • synergy for Exploding Arrow changed to Immolation Arrow and is now 22% (was 12%)

    • Fires 2 arrows + 1 per 4 levels (was just 1)

    • attack rating scaling changed to +10% per level (was +9%)
    • Flat cold damage buffed
    • Cold length is always 4 seconds (was 4 + 1.2 per level)
    • Mana cost reduced slightly
    • synergy for Ice Arrow is now 20% (was 12%)
    • now also has Magic Arrow as a synergy at 22%
  • Ice Arrow
    • moved in the skill tree, requires level 12 (was 18)
    • prerequisites increased from 1 to 2 (now also requires Magic Arrow)
    • cold damage buffed
    • attack rating scaling changed to +10% per level (was +9%)
    • freeze duration no longer scales per level
    • mana cost is now always 3 (was 4 + 0.25 per level)
    • synergy for Cold Arrow is now 14% (was 8%)
    • now also has Magic Arrow as a synergy at 20% and Freezing Arrow as a synergy at 14%
    • now also has Cold Arrow as a synergy at 5% freeze length per level
  • Guided Arrow
    • prerequisites reduced from 3 to 2 (no longer requires Cold Arrow)
    • Now pierces
    • Can pierce same target 3 times
    • damage scaling changed to +3% per level (was +5%)
    • now has Magic Arrow as a synergy at 1% magic damage conversion per 2 levels
  • Exploding Arrow
    • moved in the skill tree, requires level 18 (was 12)
    • prerequisites reduced from 3 to 2 (no longer requires Multiple Shot)
    • Bigger AOE
    • Flat fire damage buffed
    • attack rating scaling changed to +10% per level (was +9%)
    • Mana cost reduced
    • synergy for Fire Arrow changed to Immolation Arrow and is now 16% (was 8%)
    • now also has Magic Arrow as a synergy at 18%
  • Strafe
    • prerequisites reduced from 4 to 3 (no longer requires Cold Arrow)
    • No next hit delay
    • Reduced to 5 attacks from 10
    • Used to deal 3/4 weapon damage
    • Damage scaling increased to 100% + 14% per level (was 50% + 5%)
    • Now adds bonus bonus attack rating of 140% + 10% per level
  • Immolation Arrow
    • moved in the skill tree, requires level 30 (was 24)
    • prerequisites reduced from 4 to 3 (no longer requires Multiple Shot)
    • synergy for Exploding Arrow is now 8% (was 10%)
    • synergy for Fire Arrow is now a fire damage synergy at 8% (was +5% average fire damage)
    • now also has Magic Arrow as a synergy at 16% average fire damage per level
  • Freezing Arrow
    • prerequisites increased from 2 to 3 (now also requires Magic Arrow)
    • radius now scales up to 6 yards (was 3.3)
    • attack rating scaling changed to +10% per level (was +9%)
    • damage range increased slightly
    • freeze length reduced to 1 second (was 2)
    • mana cost halved
    • synergy for Cold Arrow is now 6% (was 12%)
    • synergy for Ice Arrow is now a damage synergy at 6% (was +5% freeze length per level)
