* When quests give runes as rewards, they'll be in their "stacked" forms
* Large charms can get +% magic damage
* Inferno now applies a -% fire resistance debuff which can break immunities
* Channelling skills can now proc chance-to-cast-while-casting effects ''(based on FCR breakpoints, so the proc chance is checked as if you're repeatedly casting a normal spell)''
* Meteor physical damage now scales with +% fire damage so that it scale the same amount as the fire damage
