* Lightning Sentry PVP modifier changed from 65% -> 45% in Normal/NM PVP arena
* Chain Lightning Sentry PVP modifier changed from 65% -> 45% in Normal/NM PVP arena
* Wake of Fire PVP modifier changed from 55% -> 45% in Normal/NM PVP arena
