* [[Pattern]] and [[Plague]] are two new runewords (they were present in vanilla, but disabled)
* [[Bul-Kathos' Death Band]] is a new set ring for Bul-Kathos' Children
* [[Cyclopean Roar]], [[Quetzalcoatl]], [[Kalan's Legacy]], [[Sankekur's Fall]], [[True Silver]], [[Mage Slayer]], and [[Tempest]] are new low-level class uniques
* [[Overlord's Helm]], [[Dark Abyss]], [[Itherael's Path]], [[Hadriel's Hand]], and [[Aidan's Scar]] are new (extremely rare) uniques that drop exclusively from Diablo-Clone and Dungeon bosses
* [[The Third Eye]], [[Band of Skulls]], and [[Cage of the Unsullied]] are new (extremely rare) uniques that drop exclusively from Rathma and Dungeon bosses, who can also drop very rare TP/ID tomes with unlimited uses
Non-Equipment items:

* Rathma is a new uber boss who is accessed with [[Voidstone]] and drops [[Tainted Worldstone Shard]]
* [[Maps]] allow access to new endgame content (18 total new areas)

* Stamina Shrines now last half as long and also grant +33% velocity
* The chilled/frozen debuffs now also reduce cast speed alongside run/walk speed and attack speed
* Attackers Take Damage and reflect mechanics now deal damage when attacked instead of when hit, and also affect ranged attacks
* Crushing Blow no longer affects bosses, uniques, or champions when they are below 65% life
* Critical Strike and Deadly Strike
* Summons and traps are now affected by +% to Elemental Skill Damage (full effectiveness) and -% to Enemy Elemental Resistance (half effectiveness)
* Abilities that reduce monster resistances now operate at 1/2 effectiveness when above 99% or below 0% ([https://clips.twitch.tv/BigAltruisticKitten4Head used to be 1/5 when above 99%])
* Starting weapons are now low quality
* Assassins start with two Katars, Barbarians start with two Hand Axes, Druids start with a +1 Firestorm Club
* Characters now automatically pick up gold they run over

== Player versus Player ==
* Skill [[PvP_Changes | PvP damage]] has been rebalanced
* Slow, Projectile Pierce, Knockback (from items), and Attackers Take Damage are disabled in PvP
* Stuns in PvP can no longer be reapplied to players who are already stunned, and attacks/hits/spells from other players will reduce the stun duration by 2 frames
* New dueling arenas accessible from items which can be purchased from Anya
** Spectator mode can be enabled by typing ''.spec'' or ''.spectate'' within
** After dying in these areas, characters revive without needing to retrieve their corpse
** Hardcore characters revive in the same way, so HC dueling can be done without risking your characters in PvP arenas (you will still perm-die from dying the old way anywhere outside of the PvP arenas)
* Special PvP events are hosted throughout each season, including a Battle Royale mode where players begin with naked level 30 characters
* Andariel quest bug fixed (multiplayer only - d2gs)
* Ethereal armor bug (ebug) from socketing recipe fixed
